Levitating Clock Tells a Story

This minimal time piece named STORY is made by a chrome sphere that levitates using magnetism to revolve around the clock’s orbit.

It's customizable too so that the orbit of the clock counts time by the minutes, hours and even years. Having three different modes: journey–to count time based on special life events; clock; and timer, this sphere can even levitate when the clock is horizontal, vertical and at a 60-degree angle. “STORY is a metaphor of our planet revolving around the sun, reminding us that time is not just something we keep hidden in our pocket, but a physical and shared experience,” says the Kickstarter creators.
