The goal was to give promo advertising a makeover to be on a par with the national advertising of the big guys. Over a one week period, Solomon worked with the company to develop a 2006 holiday promotional campaign focusing on cell phone gift packs available with the purchase of any calling plan. Through the use of clever graphic design elements, the "better gifts are in the bag" slogan and the adaptation of existing brand elements, we assisted the client in coming up with four full page newspaper ads that ran in rotation for six weeks, as well as four radio ads keyed into the theme.

CASE STUDY 2:
The challenge: To advertise the national reach of
the Phoenix and Denver offices of a major East Coast law firm that had established
offices in the two respective cities. Although the firm had enjoyed strong
brand awareness in its home bases of New York and Miami, as well as Washington
and other Eastern cities, it was not well known in the West.
The solution: Solomon conceived and designed advertising evoking an airline route map, with the tagline "More connections to [various cities]" to convey the firm's competitive advantage over all other Phoenix law firms -- that the firm offers clients a larger law network than any other firm in the Valley. The full page ads ran in the Phoenix Business Journal, BizAZ, Arizona Business and other publications.
