Construction Observation & Inspection
Origin Design’s Field Services staff provides construction observation services on an hourly, part-time or full-time basis, depending on client needs. The team works to ensure the project is built to required specifications. Common services include:
- Daily inspection reports
- Erosion control (SWPPP inspections)
- International Building Code-required inspections
- Material testing
- Quantity documentation
Construction Administration
Origin Design’s Construction Administration team takes a comprehensive approach to a client’s project. We work with the client, local agencies and the prime contractor to provide documents from design to construction, ensuring a smooth and compliant project.

Origin Design often serves as the client’s advocate through the process by overseeing the construction and/or serving as the administrator.
